How do I care for my hair extensions? 

Use a wide-tooth comb for everyday care or to untangle. To prevent overnight tangling, we recommend tying your hair and wearing a satin or silk cap. Your hair should be completely dry before you sleep.

How do I wash my hair extensions? 

Carefully comb with a wide-tooth comb or brush down with your fingers. Use a mild shampoo and warm water. Gently squeeze water and pat down with a towel. Air dry or use low heat to dry hair. 

Can I color, perm, or chemically alter my hair extensions? 

The hair has been already processed and colored. Further chemical processing may irreparably damage the hair.

Will the color on the site match exactly with the product being shipped to me? 

Due to different computer monitors/calibrations colors may vary slightly from the picture.

Can I return my product if I do not like the color, style, or look? 

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
